As O was beginning my devotion this came to me, Psalms 57:1 Have pity on me, Oh God, because my soul takes refuge in you, let me hide under the shadow of your wings until the storm has passed. David prayed that to God.
Then, Isaiah 26:20 inspired by God said “Go, my people in your rooms and shut your doors, Hide yourselves a little while until the wrath has passed”

Where are you going with this preacher? Thanks for asking. The only Word Jesus gave to the sinner is, “Repent for the Kingdom is at hand, Matt 4:17 paraphrased.
Now, linking this text together, The first scriptures directly addresses God’s Children. He calls true Christians by name. gToday is one of those days in Florida. God made world. He gave us what we need to survive in this world. Because of the first man’s sin and these men continuously sinning, try to equate him with his God. So I said that to say this to the saints only. If you live in Florida and you are from Florida, you already know that it should not be this cold in central and South Florida. So, there is a storm in Florida. This preacher, Hide until the storm passes. If the government cared about your children. the governor should have issued a decree, telling parents to keep their children home until spring comes about 11:00 am.
Florida is not equipped to handle winter that we currently experience from sundown until about 10 :00 am. When Florida moves from winter to spring. Most parents are at work. Your children will leave home with shorts, jackets and slides. We are in the midst of a pandemic. you have to use God given wisdom. Scripture says, get wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
Wisdom should kick in and the Governor as leader of this state should have made at least a late school opening. if not the entire day. If Desantis could stop politicking for our state to come backbone fully, we would be better off. I, officially declare this day, this week a week of fasting. praying, and staying home to bond with your children. Get into the Word with them. Train them to go back to school and listen to instruction from the people who are responsible for their education. This sermon is not for the timid, not for the sinner, these pharisees are practicing religiosity, talking about abortion is illegal, talking about critical race theory. They do not care about your children, they care about the workforce, they care about their cds, stocks and the cares of this world. Now the solution for the saints is, to “return to the LORD, your God, (The God of Abraham)…you and your children obey Him with all your heart and with all of your soul… God commands you this day, Deuteronomy 30:2.
This is not for the weak. nor the sinner. This is to the saints of God.
God gave you children with the hope that you would train them up in a Holy manner.

Get in the Word for yourself. Take back your family from the Devil. You have been commanded by God to Heavern your homes. If the state say you cannot discipline your children, then let the state raise them, I know they will discipline your children. Your body is your first church, your home is the temple for your body to be safe and worship. This means in America and anywhere else, wherever your chuch (Body) dwells that is your sanctuary. Accordingly to God’s law, nit Kat’s law, it is unGodly for the police or anyone to come in and tell you how to practice your religion. You have a right to have peace in your sanctuary. You have a right to give the authority of God’s Word to your children and the government. These people going around fighting, disrupting society, stating that the government cannot tell them how to raise their children of what to teach their children, or whether to mask their children up, or give them a vaccine, in one breath, and in the next breath, telling the government to keep their children in school, keep school open because the children are depressed. They cannot have it both ways. If you believe the state is obligated to raise your children, then you relinquish your authority to the state. Stop running around terrorizing schoolboard officials. and city and state officials when you do not get your way. I was told in 1967, that I had to leave all of my friends who look like me and attend a majority white school because of where I lived and my grades. Imagine what it was like for me!!!! All I saw in my Civics class was movie reel of slaves, of colored people in fields, colored people working for whites, colored people in restaurants being beat, all I could think of was this is going to happen to me. I literally, got up and snatched the reel off the winding machine. Anyone who knows me from Osceola or Forest High in Diane Dudley’s classroom, you know I created such a mess, she stop showing the movies. It was harmful to me then as it is now. If the state will not teach the whole truth, then stop depicting colored people to your theory of white domination. That is critical race theory.
Now returning back to my point, Do what is best for your children. Do what is best for your family,do what is best for your community to thrive and live in peace. Protect what and who God has entrusted you with.
Saints of God, it is too cold to have your children in any state building in Florida. It is irrespon sible for you as parents to put your children in harms way. Pay attention to what your children are doing. Pay attention to what they are learning. As for the governor of Florida, my children and 98 percent of my grandchildren live in Virginia; because it is so cold schools are closed. If they are used to cold weather and they closed schools, Why on earth are these children having to go to school in this weather. To the local school board official, these are your family members, when these children get Covid, flu, and pneumonia, it affect the ability for patents to be productive employees. As the adult in the room, parents, do not send your children out in this cold weather, the coverings they have are not for this extreme cold weather. As I said earlier, Repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand, train up your children in the right way, set examples for them using Godly Wisdom. The Word of God, for the people of God.
